Terrible service from Ava, the manager on Sunday Oct 12th at 10:10am. Firstly, the store opened late. Went to take a return of clip on sunglass frames. Apparently wrong receipt. Looked up on Optimum profile....could not find it. I asked if anything else can be done since the Ava had so called helped me with the Optimum card. Nothing can be done. So I left the product the Optimum card and receipt and informed I won't be back. Zero concern about losing a customer of many years. Then she meaning Ava was very disrespectful...I saw her out of the corner of my eye and her negative body language was apparent.
Terrible service, wouldn't refund me my money after having a bad reaction with a medication after it being open. One of the ladies, I believe who is the store manager, forgive me if I'm wrong on her position, was terribly rude and would cut me off in conversation which is not treating a customer the way they should be treated. I recently opened a case up with corporate and will be taking this further. I will reply to the email they sent sometime this weekend. Sorry for the not so prompt response, Im camping still and its a bit hectic. Tough times we live in, and you can't refund $20.
I went in looking for a shampoo and i needed SERIOUS help and i found a beautiful young lady named Lucy, Lucy helped me get a shampoo but not any kind of shampoo she suggested the BEST shampoo because she said the one i was using was terrible for my hair so she recommended the loreal professional shampoo my hair has NEVER ever felt better so she also was lovely to talk to very understanding and we had a LONGGGG conversation and i have never felt a connection as good as the one me and lucy had such a great hard working lady thank you lucy!
The pharmacy team is top notch! Owen and Owner are very professional, and friendly. They take pride to serve you as if you are the only person waiting for a prescription refill.
