We had some shifty Sales Guys in our kitchen trying to sell us windows and doors (you'd think for a Rolls Royce or a Yacht), so my wife said "NO to new windows, we can't afford the whole house"..... until we found Sutton Glass. Wow, if you don't believe me, just ask them for a quote. When my wife saw the quote, she said "What, OK call them back". Great people who did a Pro job. They did such a good, affordable job, we called them back and had enough to get beautiful new Double doors...Thx again guys.. We will be calling again!
We contacted Sutton Windows and Glass because we needed glass shelves for a media console, the manufacturer was not able to provide. They look amazing and you would not know they didn't come with the console. They were fast, polite, and did amazing work. I would highly recommend them.
Excellent service, had 11 new windows and new front door installed! Took 3 days, and my wife and myself are very satisfied. Thanks so much! Will definitely use your service for any future jobs or recommend to friends and family!

We had a very old storm window that cracked and the window could not be replaced. Sutton Glass Windows and Doors replaced the glass in the aluminum frame the same day and even delivered it back to us. Doug at the store was wonderful, helping unload the pane and even assisted with the difficult re-installation. We tried other window manufacturers, repair shops and sellers but none could fix the problem. Thanks Sutton Glass!
I had a deck screen that a raccoon wrecked replaced. I wasn't in a hurry. Good thing as I checked back 3 times over 2 weeks to see if it was done yet. Turned out that the last time, they did it while I waited. Worth it in the end as it was custom made by them originally.
We set up an appointment, to get a quote, to replace 5 wooden windows, in our home. Three of the windows, are extremely large. We got 3 quotes and chose Sutton Glass. Prior to the windows being installed, I took a decorative, oval picture frame, into their showroom, on Dalton Road and they put a mirror in it. We are really happy with it. Three of the windows we ordered, were being installed, on the front of the house. Steve gave us ivory coloured frames, as were anxious to, finally, bring the colour palette into a similar tone and add some curb appeal. Additionally, we discovered that they could offer Prairie grilles, for those windows, to match the garage door. In fact, in order to reduce any obstruction of our rather secluded view, we inquired if the grilles could be installed only around the perimeter of the entire windows, rather than each pane of glass and the manufacturer was able to accommodate. Further, since the large kitchen window was planned to be an awning (one, large pane of glass, at the top and two, large awning windows, at the bottom), we asked them to flip the configuration and they did. The two awning windows are at the top and the large pane of solid glass is at the bottom. We preferred this, because we have a suet feeder, right in front and we have a large number of squirrels and chipmunks. We don't want them attempting to penetrate any screen, at the bottom, to enter our home. Now, there's no opportunity for that to happen, as the bottom half is a solid pane of glass. The window, over the kitchen sink, which is not too small either, is one, large awning window, which opens out, at the bottom. The awning style was a great choice. During the warmer months, the window can be open, to circulate the air, or let in a breeze, even if it's raining. Prior to this, all of the windows we were replacing, with one exception, were casement windows. We didn't like that style. The rain blows in and the water damages the frames, the walls and causes rot and all parts of the windows are exposed to the elements. For the three upstairs, we chose double-hung windows. You can slide them up, down and, both of the windows open in, for easy cleaning, from the inside. It was pretty hard to clean the existing windows, since they are 2 - 2 & 1/2 stories up. That was also a great choice, because of their upstairs location. Again, no part of those windows opens out, so minimal exposure, to the elements. They have an additional feature, wherein, you can open the windows a couple of inches, to let the breeze blow through (either at the top, or at the bottom) with small, built-in vent locks, or night locks, which prevent the windows from being pushed all the way open. We chose standard white, for the two windows, on either side of the house, as a custom colour would not have added any additional benefit, for windows not facing the roadway. Now, due to various factors, most notably, the weather, this past summer, our windows were delayed about 6 weeks. However, when they were installed, the job was impeccable! The guys were polite and considerate. They cleaned up, very well and even went the extra mile. Under the massive new kitchen window, there is a concrete ledge, above the angelstone exterior, of the bottom of the house. In front, are two ponds. The mortar, between the concrete, making up the ledge, had deteriorated and, in a couple of places, disappeared. They took the time to fill the spaces with an industrial-strength rubber type of epoxy, or some bonding agent, which matches the concrete perfectly, in order to prevent any water from penetrating and getting in, under the new window. We were happy that we made the choices we did, both with the windows and the company to do the work. Not only are they local for us, in Georgina, they gave us the best windows, a fabulous job and the lowest price. Thank-you Steve and team! We have to replace an exterior door, into the garage, from the side walkway. We'll be calling Sutton Glass for that job too!
